Shipping

Shipping within India is completely free — no minimum order value, no hidden charges. We deliver to all pin codes across the country.

Bengaluru orders: We're based in JP Nagar — local orders are prioritised for same-day dispatch wherever possible.

How Shipping Works

Available shipping options are displayed at checkout once your delivery address is entered.
Orders are dispatched and delivered on working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking link will be shared with you as soon as your order is handed to our delivery partner. If you have not received a tracking update within 2 business days, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or email.

Delivery Issues

Important — 7-day window: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your parcel, you must contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. After this we cannot raise a claim with the courier.
