Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unused and unworn
• Unwashed and free of any odour
• In original condition with all tags attached

Ship the item back to us within 7 days and bear the return shipping charges. Once we receive it, the piece goes through a quality check. Kimaya reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the item does not pass.

Refunds are processed as store credit. If you'd prefer a refund to your original payment method, a ₹100 return shipping fee will be deducted. The ₹250 COD fee is non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer one exchange per order within 7 days of delivery. The replacement item must be of equal or greater value — any price difference must be paid before the new item is shipped. Once exchanged, an item cannot be exchanged again.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid. To cancel, contact us via our Contact Us page. Approved cancellations can be converted to store credit or swapped for a different product.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please reach out to our support team at +91 97244 44076 via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order. No claims regarding faulty items will be processed after 24 hours.

If damage occurs during standard washing — despite following the care instructions — within the first 15 days, please reach out with photos.

Sale Purchases

Products purchased on sale cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, or exchanged once the order is placed. No exceptions.
